  • How do I know if I can benefit from the Fitness Program?
    Check the testimonials and take a look at some of my amazing clients results. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and feel their best in the process.
  • What can I expect us to work on together?
    You can expect someone who actually listens and tailors a program for you based on your goals and what your body needs. I take the guesswork out of what you should be eating and how you should be training to achieve the results you're looking for.
  • What fitness level should I be at?
    I work with people of all fitness levels. From beginner to advanced. Whether you're working with just your body weight or a fully equipped gym.
  • How long will it take for me to see results?
    I encourage lifestyle change with my programs, with optimal health being a priority. You should begin feeling a difference within the first 2 weeks, see it within 4 weeks, hear it in 6 weeks.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    2wks notice is required to opt out of month to month coaching. If you sign on for 3 or 6months 2wks notice before the end of the contract is sufficient if you do not wish to continue. Once the contract is coming to a head we will discuss whether to proceed monthly or sign on for a few more months.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    My coaching is very personalized so I only take clients on a small scale. This allows me to give them the attention they need and deserve. This way booking can typically be scheduled within the requested week.
